Nashville European Auto Repair

This was my first visit to German Motorworks. I just bought a used BMW (my first) and it needed an alignment. I also had a million questions about my car. These guys are an cyclopedia of information and are more than happy to share it. I was afraid I was going to wear them out with questions. They were very enthusiastic about sharing their expertise. Aside from being extremely knowledgeable this is probably the friendliest shop I've ever been to. More like the motorcycle shops I hung out at when I was younger. People who have an appreciation for the machines and a passion for helping others enjoy them. This car was also a lot of money for me but probably a lot less than most of the cars they work on. But that didn't matter. I felt like they valued my business as much as anyone's. I can tell you that no one else will work on my BMW as long as I own it. If you are considering having them work on your car, do so without hesitation. You will be very pleased with the experience.

I just had a major service completed on my 458 Ferrari. This is my second experience with Brett and his associates at German Motorworks. My experience thus far has been excellent. I am very picky with my 458 and I always ask Brett to treat my 458 as if it were his. He always keeps it inside his facility while he has it at his shop for service and I greatly appreciate him doing that for me. My experience so far has been excellent, therefore I give GM a 5 star rating and would certainly recommend for servicing your daily driver or your exotic! David Jones

The quality of work is consistently high and the concierge service of picking up and returning the car is convenient and helpful.

Bret was able to take my car on in an emergency situation - I was at the beginning of a 5 day journey and a bearing along the accessory belt started to fail. German Motor Works were able to diagnose a dying A/C compressor and were able to get me back on my journey the same day. Finished the additional 1800 miles without any issues. Thank you for supporting the vacation.

Excellent service from the guys at German Motoroworks. Bret understood my problem and was knowledgeable about how to address it. In addition, he gave me various options at different price points and helped me weigh the pros and cons. Finally, he was honest and didn't make me do extra repairs that I didn't need.
