These technicians are amazing. I have had BMW’s for over 10 years and have had them serviced in many locations including dealers. German Motorworks was better than all of them. My wife and I were on road trip to DC and a warning light came on. We found GMW at the suggestion of another shop. The technician spent about an hour testing, reviewing, driving and diagnosing the problem. He took care of the problem and had us on our way. I would drive from our home in Memphis back to GMW to get my car serviced. It is running better now than it ever has in the past.

Excellent service, professional and knowledgeable staff; no attempts to oversell or upcharge. Prices are much better than the dealership. Definitely recommend to anyone in need of great service and good prices.
