They answered every question I had, gave great advice, and communicated quickly, thoroughly, and clearly. I’ve been in customer service for 21 years and I cannot say enough about how great these guys are at it. They made me a very happy customer and have won my future business!

I had a Pre-Purchase Inspection made and was very pleased with the detailed list of recommended repairs. I was impressed with the customer service, Bret was very patient explaining the various options available for any repairs.

Bret and his crew were wonderful in diagnosing and fixing the problem with my automatic locks on my car. But I especially appreciate how they went above and beyond to alert me about a potential issue and how to avert an even bigger problem. I definitely recommend these guys!

Bret and crew were awesome. From initial contact to delivered repairs we were kept informed and updated. We have dealt with many a supposed BMW expert repair shop, and NONE - bar NONE- reach the level of integrity and professionalism. We were given options and every price quoted was exactly what was paid. We won't go anywhere else

Quick service. I ask fo a lot of custom stuff. In this case it was a race alignment on a Porsche Carrera S. They did exactly what I told them to do. Very happy working with Bret and Jon. Nice clean shop, attention to detail and good communication.
