It was my first time working with the company. I contacted them over the phone not knowing anything about the company. I felt really confident in the conversation i had with the tech who assisted me. Its something when you can get a good feeling from someone just through telephone conversation but the tech really made me feel that my vehicle was in good hands and the company had rhe people who was experienced in working on my vehicle. I traveled 200 miles to get the service done on my vehicle and i was not disappointed. After the tech finished the job he took the time to explain the procedure which was performed. I will take my vehicle back to the German Motor Works of Nashville,Tn because they made me and vehicle feel like we were in good hands. I appreciated the honesty i felt i got and the work on the vehicle was good. Thanks German Motor Works. See you all in the future for maintenance on my vehicle. Thanks again!!!! Excellent experience. They did a great job on my BMW suspension as well as did it quickly. They took the time to let me know about other issues I needed to address that the car lot DIDNT address. This was my first time using these guys and I will definitely be coming here from now on for anything needed on my BMW.
