Bret was able to take my car on in an emergency situation - I was at the beginning of a 5 day journey and a bearing along the accessory belt started to fail. German Motor Works were able to diagnose a dying A/C compressor and were able to get me back on my journey the same day. Finished the additional 1800 miles without any issues. Excellent service from the guys at German Motoroworks. Bret understood my problem and was knowledgeable about how to address it. In addition, he gave me various options at different price points and helped me weigh the pros and cons. Finally, he was honest and didn't make me do extra repairs that I didn't need. Went today first time there. Brent, Jason and Jonathan were great. The time I was there I never felt hurried or felt like they wanted to finish my car and get me out of there. They did a complete job going over my car, fixed the thing I wanted done and then sat down and explained all to me. We then went to car still on lift and they showed me their recommendations of what I would want to do in the future. I made an appointment fir next month to do the work. They are a great team and people friendly.

Unreal what they have to go through no to get the job done but Brett and his team do not stop until it’s complete. We are in uncharted times and supply’s are taking much longer, however, Brett kept me posted on every turn and reassured me the job will be done. They did a great job and highly recommended
